Extraordinarily lowered arches that enlighten the whole structure; the loggia connects the most often visited parts of the house with the more ceremonial rooms; ionic columns with prominent pedestals; a forged iron handrail. The favourable architectural composition of the house gave rise to special style of reforms during the XVIIIth century.
Other data of interest
The inner courtyard dates back to the end of the XVIIth century. It features all those architectural elements that would later become part of the courtyards of the houses located in the city of Palma.
